Artist’s Therapy Group

Tuesdays 6:30pm-8:00pm in Berkeley starting Fall 2025

$100/week for 8 weeks plus 1-2 individual intake sessions

Making art is all too often an isolating experience, even moreso with rising costs of living and the prevalence of using social media to network and market yourself. In this interpersonal psychotherapy group open to all creatives, we will explore these themes and more while forming connections based on honesty and vulnerability.
